Introduction The labour supply chain is heavily influenced by the education system and strategy of a country. Developed countries generally have more robust educational systems compared to developing and least developed countries. As a result, developed countries invest heavily in low-income countries to shape their education systems to align with their own national purposes and economic development goals. Summary A significant portion of educated, professional employees, and talented individuals from developing and least developed countries end up working for developed countries' corporations and government development initiatives.
